October was a busy month for our UMH communities. Our staff have been in the spotlight recently, as we have welcomed new employees, celebrated longtime employees, and recognized a few exceptional employees who were recently awarded our prestigious Values in Action Award. Our Annual Employee Recognition Celebration dinner on October 8th was a memorable night….our organization is growing and thriving and well known for excellence and quality care because of our committed staff. We are so thankful to work with such a dedicated team.
Along with our staff celebrations, we also joined together for several community events, including the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Shelton Day, our Wesley Village Halloween 5K and Fun Walk, and lots of Halloween trick-or-treat parties in each of our communities. With the holidays right around the corner, there will be plenty more festivities in November and December....stay tuned for details.
