From Route 15 (Merritt Parkway):

• Take Merritt Parkway to Exit 53 to Route 110 North.
• Take Route 110 one mile to Long Hill Avenue (next left after blinking yellow light).
• Wesley Village is 1.4 miles on the right.

From Route 8 North of Shelton:

• Take Route 8 South to Exit 13 (Bridgeport Avenue).
• Turn right onto Bridgeport Avenue, then right at the next light onto Constitution Blvd.
• Turn right at second light onto Long Hill Avenue.
• Wesley Village is 1.5 miles on the left.

From Route 8 South of Shelton:

• Take Route 8 North to Exit 13 (Constitution Blvd.) towards Bridgeport Avenue.
• Turn right at the light onto Constitution Blvd.
• Turn right at the next light onto Long Hill Avenue.
• Wesley Village is 1.5 miles on the left.

From I-84:

• Exit 39 to Route 4, Farmington Ave.
• Turn right on Route 4 at the first traffic light.
• Turn right at light onto South Road.
• Turn left onto Middle Road.
• Middlewoods of Farmington is 1/4 mile on the right.

From Route 15 (Merritt Parkway) South of Newington:

• Take Route 15 North to the end of Merritt Parkway.
• Stay on Route 15 (Berlin Turnpike).
• Take left onto Route 176 (Main Street).
• Take immediate left into Middlewoods of Newington parking lot.

From I-91 South of Newington:

• Take I-91 North to exit 22N (Route 9 North) toward New Britain.
• Take exit 21 (Route 372 West) toward Routes 5 & 15.
• Take slight right onto Route 372 (Mill Street).
• Merge onto Routes 5 & 15 North toward Hartford.
• Turn left onto Route 176 (Main Street).
• Take immediate left into Middlewoods of Newington parking lot.

From I-91 North of Newington:

• Take I-91 South to exit 28 (Routes 5 & 15/Berlin Turnpike) toward Newington.
• Turn right onto Route 176 (Main Street).
• Take immediate left into Middlewoods of Newington parking lot.

From Route 8:  

• Take Route 4 West (exit 44) in Torrington through Goshen and Cornwall to the Sharon Green (Intersection of Routes 4 and 41).
• At clock tower, which will be on your left at the 4-way stop sign at the edge of the green, turn right.
• At the next 4-way stop sign, turn left onto West Main Street. Fire station will be one block down.
• As the street starts going down the hill, it becomes Hospital Hill Road. Go down the hill one block.
• Look for our oval-shaped sign (white with black letters) on the left. (Sharon Hospital is on the right.) Turn left at the sign. Sharon Health Care Center, which has gray shakes with white trim and large pillars in front, is on top of the hill.

From Lower New York State:  

• Take Route 684 North to Brewster. 
• Then Route 22 North from end of 684 North to Amenia. 
• Right on Route 343 in Amenia to Sharon Green. Follow directions above.  

Allow extra time coming from Torrington on Route 4. It is a narrow, hilly country road, and it is difficult at times to pass slow-moving vehicles.
