E-MAIL A WESLEY VILLAGE RESIDENT

Wesley Village offers an e-mail service for friends and families to send a greeting. Brighten the day of your loved ones with a personal note or picture.

Address your e-mail greeting to greetings@umh.org.

E-Mail Guidelines:

• Please put the resident’s first and last names on the subject line including the community in which the resident lives. For example: Bob Smith, Crosby Commons
• Messages are delivered by Wesley Village volunteers once a day, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• The sender should refrain from sending any confidential information.
• We will not deliver obscene, harassing or otherwise negative messages.
• Wesley Village will not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages, fees, fines, penalties, or liabilities arising out of or relating in any way to the content contained in the e-mail message service or failure to deliver a message.
• Due to our adherence to HIPPA regulations we cannot confirm whether the e-mail has been delivered or whether the resident is staying at Wesley Village. Messages are undeliverable to residents who move.
• Do not use this service to relay private or confidential information.
