WELLNESS CENTER at WESLEY VILLAGE
 The
Wellness Center, conveniently located at the Crosby
Commons assisted living community at Wesley Village in Shelton offers:
- A full range of rehabilitative therapy including physical, occupational,
speech and massage therapy.
- The SeniorFITness™ Program supervised by a Fitness Specialist
- Customized fitness classes/programs
- Initial and ongoing assessments to measure progress
- Specialized equipment designed for older adults
- A heated exercise pool
Outpatient Therapy
 The
Wellness Center offers a full range of rehabilitative therapy including
physical, occupational, speech and massage therapy.
Special services tailored to your needs include:
- Pain management
- Wound care
- Edema management
- Continence management
Outpatient therapy services are eligible for coverage by Medicare
as well as most managed care plans.
Wellness Center members receive:
- An initial and annual screening by the Fitness Specialist
to establish goals for your personal exercise program
- Use of The Wellness Center facilities during operating
hours, including all equipment and the therapeutic pool
- Personalized instruction on use of the equipment and
the therapeutic pool
- Unlimited participation in instructor-led classes
- Educational presentations and literature on health
and fitness
