Great news!

We received approval from HUD for additional grants totaling $1 million for Phases Two and Three of the Wesley Heights renovation project.

This will enable us to proceed with plans to build a new entrance and lobby, and to renovate all 60 of the remaining apartments that are not included in Phase One.

Here are exterior and interior views of the new sunroom that is being added on the rear side of the Wesley Heights apartment building as part of Phase One. The dining room and 30 apartments will also be completely renovated as part of this Phase One.
