Our Many Days of Summer

News

It's been a busy summer at our UMH communities. But let's be honest....there are just never enough days of summer! We decided to take a look back and enjoy our summer days one more time...

First off, we'd like to thank our award-winning staff. In June, several of our staff members were presented with awards for Outstanding Resident Service....which is one of the many reasons why we are able to provide such personalized care to our residents. Our staff truly go above and beyond!

Also this summer, our "Music and Memory" pilot program took off at our Wesley Village Campus, thanks to a grant from the Valley Community Foundation. This grant is one of the many ways we can continue to create programs and activities that engage and inspire our residents to live healthier, active lives, regardless of cognitive and physical limitations.

And along with our resident trips to the beach and the baseball stadiums, our family picnics and summer cookouts, our scenic drives and ice cream stop, and countless other summer memories, we have also been busy building - expanding our new memory support community at Lifestyle Transitions.

In case you missed it, here is a quick look at some of the things that have been happening in our communities this summer......we hope your summer was just as memorable!
