The #UMatterHere Committee is a diverse group of UMH employees from all of our communities who act as a focus group and continually work with UMH leaders to take the “pulse” of the employee experience here. We rely on them to brainstorm ideas, problem-solve, tell us what does and doesn’t work and help guide our decision making in regard to employee culture. The committee is a huge source of pride, both for its members and UMH leadership, and we are so thankful to have their help in steering the UMH ship!

Summer Fun Days
At UMH, Summer Fun Days were coordinated as a way to show thanks and acknowledge the day to day hard work that goes on in our communities. Picnics and cookouts, celebrity chef series, pie eating contests, blessing of the hands, staff photo galleries, iced coffee deliveries, and ice cream sundaes were a few of the events staff enjoyed.
