Senior Care Options [Slideshow]

caregiver stress

As you've most likely come to realize, the aging process is inevitable. Whether you're caring for a loved one or going through the process yourself, you've probably experienced some uncertainty and hesitation on how to handle this change.

If the caregiving role is becoming too much to handle (which is completely normal - don't beat yourself up about it!) and you're looking to explore your other senior care options, this slideshow will be perfect for you.

In this UMH resource, we highlight your senior care options: home care, adult day care, CCRCs, independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing/rehab and hospice care. We also briefly cover downsizing options and vocabulary you should know.

After looking at the slideshow, if you have questions about specific care options or want to learn more, you can reach out to a UMH SeniorCare Transition Counselor and they can guide you in your search.
